5 Tips For Natural Wedding Makeup

As stated in our last post, planning your wedding involves a lot of steps, work, and unfortunately stress. But on that day you don't want anyone to see the stress on your face. You want to walk down the isle looking like the most flawless, radiant, and natural version of yourself!
Whether your doing your makeup yourself or having an artist apply it for your, these five tips will ensure that you will look naturally beautiful.

Months before, Update your Skin care
If your skin is flawless, your makeup will be too! Take care of your skin starting a month or two before your wedding. No need to go buy a bunch of expensive products (unless you want to invest, which is good as well), Just get natural ingredients that work well for your skin. Work on clearing up blemishes and smoothing your skin texture.

Test your Makeup Look
Testing your makeup looks will ensure the product works well with your skin on your big day. Make sure the product controls your oil or moisturizes your dry patches. Make sure you choosing the correct colors and compliments.

Light coverage = Natural Look
If you want FULL coverage, your makeup will not look natural. If your going for a natural look, you want light to medium coverage. This is best way to achieve this is by mixing moisturizer with a full coverage foundation. Doing this makes a DIY BB Cream or Tinted Moistruzer that matches your skin tone perfectly.

Neutral Eye-Look
Your eye makeup should be light and neutral. Use the undertones in your skin to help guide you when choosing what eyeshadow to choose. For fair skin, cool neutrals. For dark skin, warmer neutrals. our eye color also comes in to play. Some of the best neutrals for wedding eye-looks are golds, coppers, & shimmery browns.  And remember, light hand for a light application!

Pink Lips & Cheeks
When it comes to your lips and your cheeks, remember complimentary colors. But this is where your can get bit creative with your colors. Pinky-Nudes and Browny-Pinks. The brown is to neutralize the pink, make it more flesh tones. This will also help when your lipstick or blush begins to wear off, it will blend to your skin and fade naturally. Both your lips and cheeks should be slightly flush with color to promote your natural beauty.

I hope these tips help you while getting ready for your bid day. Make sure you comment below on any other tips that your may use and be sure to share! Thanks for reading.
